We are clearing the entire Bacio stock in our possession at very low prices.
The STJ Silver Membership 10% discount on Handmade items does not apply to the Bacio website items.
There are strictly NO RETURNS for change of mind or if item has slight differences to the website image.

The entire range sold on our website carries a limited warranty of 30 days.

Freshwater Pearls: colour may vary slightly
Hand enameled ranges: patterns may vary slightly as every bead is individually hand decorated. This makes for a beautiful and unique finish.
Machine enameled range: colour may vary slightly.
Murano Glass are hand-made and all unique.
Our gold plated beads don’t carry the high price tag of solid gold ones, as they are plated only.
These beads require you to look after them.
Please note that we do not accept any claims for platings wearing off.
Our range also has Bronze and Rose Bronze beads. These kind of beads give you the gold and rose gold look without the expensive price tag. Please note that bronze will tarnish more with some acidic skin types. Make sure your skin type is compatible with bronze before purchasing them as we will not take the back.
It is recommended that you read the “Care for your Jewellery” section to ensure that your Bacio jewellery remains in perfect conditions for many years to come.
Concerned about your jewellery travelling safely?
We offer a basic $6 ( $12 AUD overseas) flat fee postage and handling service within Australia. This means the parcel is not registered or insured and it travels at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for packages lost in transit. We use Australia Post and have not had any problems to date.
However, if you are making a large purchase we do recommend that you contact us to have your parcel sent via our registered/overnight service for your peace of mind. If you choose to use this option, you will need to sign to receive your parcel. If you are not at home you will find a note in your mailbox and will be able to collect the item from your local post office.
